From Lois Abbe: Felix Guindon died when he choked on a piece of steak.
From Raymond Boire via Mary: Felix and Amelia had many children, they
thought 11. One daughter became a nun and died at a young age. Two
very young children died on the same day possibly of the flu.
In 1901 Felix and Amelia lived in Montcalm in St-Esprit, Quebec,
Canada.
Another Felix Guindon also lived in Montcalm in St-Julienne. This
other Felix may be Felix's father. Felix Guindon b. Feb 3 1824 lived
with his wife Allisse b. Jan 13 1833, son George b. Jul 10 1876, son
Roe b. Nov 2 1873, son Oscar b. Apr 15 1879, and daughter Delima b.

Personal recollections of Germaine Boire Bond:
"My grandmother's (on my mother's side) 1st cousin was Sir Wilfred
Laurier, Prime Minister of Canada"
In 1901, another DesOrmier family lived close to the Guindons. Odilon
