He married Fay Shirley Bensman October 28, 1923 in Detroit, MI. Fay was born August 27, 1904 in Sheboygan, WI. Fay was the daughter of Sender Bensman and Ida Freda Smotkin. Fay died February 7, 1993 in Toledo, Lucas County, OH, at age 88. When Fay was age 20 and Benjamin Aronoff was age 22 they became the parents of Lawrence Aronoff September 2, 1924 in Detroit, MI. When Fay was age 26 and Benjamin Aronoff was age 29 they became the parents of William Edward Aronoff June 10, 1931 in Toledo, Lucas County, OH.

Benjamin Aronoff and Fay Shirley Bensman had the following children:
