He married Gertrude Steinberg September 18, 1927 in Fort Worth, TX. Gertrude was born February 2, 1904 in Toledo, Lucas County, OH. Gertrude was the daughter of Bernard Abraham Steinberg and Eva Schuffman. Gertrude died October 14, 1993 in Fort Worth, TX, at age 89. When Gertrude was age 28 and Bennie Rubin was age 28 they became the parents of Sherwin Bernard Rubin August 8, 1932 in Fort Worth, TX. When Gertrude was age 31 and Bennie Rubin was age 30 they became the parents of David Henry Rubin February 19, 1935 in Fort Worth, TX.

When Bennie was age 28 and Gertrude Steinberg was age 28 they became the parents of Sherwin Bernard Rubin August 8, 1932 in Fort Worth, TX. When Bennie was age 30 and Gertrude Steinberg was age 31 they became the parents of David Henry Rubin February 19, 1935 in Fort Worth, TX.

Bennie Rubin and Gertrude Steinberg had the following children:

+ 17 i. Sherwin Bernard⁴ Rubin (still alive).

+ 18 ii. David Henry Rubin was born February 19, 1935.
