9. Louis³ Bensman (Samuel², Dov¹) was born in Besenkowitz, Vitebsk, Russia June 19, 1896. Louis died October 22, 1978 in Detroit, MI, at age 82. His body was interred October 25, 1978 in Ferndale, MI, Machpelah Cemetery.

He married Rose Ainbinder August 17, 1924 in Detroit, MI. Rose was born April 23, 1905 in Zitkovvich, Minsk, Russia. Rose was the daughter of Abraham Ainbinder and Ester Lelchuk. Rose died June 12, 1997 in Oak Park, MI, at age 92. Her body was interred June 13, 1997 in Ferndale, MI, Machpelah Cemetery. When Rose was age 21 and Louis Bensman was age 30 they became the parents of Elaine Bensman October 4, 1926 in Detroit, MI. When Rose was age 24 and Louis Bensman was age 33 they became the parents of Beverly Jean Bensman November 20, 1929 in Detroit, MI.

When Louis was age 30 and Rose Ainbinder was age 21 they became the parents of Elaine Bensman October 4, 1926 in Detroit, MI. When Louis was age 33 and Rose Ainbinder was age 24 they became the parents of Beverly Jean Bensman November 20, 1929 in Detroit, MI.

Louis Bensman and Rose Ainbinder had the following children:
