2. Louis2 Steinberg (Shalom1 Blasberg) was born before 1862, the first event for which there is a recorded date. Louis died September 1919 in Jerusalem, Israel, at age unknown. Fannie and Louis Steinberg are burried on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. Their graves were destroyed by the Jordanians and rebuilt by Myron Steinberg after the Six Day War in 1965. The inscriptions are in Hebrew and they are listed as from Toledo.

He married Fanny Stitch date unknown. Fanny was born date unknown. Fanny was the daughter of Yehuda Leib Stitch and Yehuda Leib's wife. Fanny died November 1919 in Jerusalem, Israel, at age unknown. Their graves were destroyed by the Jordanians after 1948 and rebuilt by Myron Steinberg of Detroit after Israel won back the territory in 1967. The graves can be found through the Jersalem Chevera Kadisha and are inscribed only in Hebrew characters.
