13. Solomon³ Aronow (Mendel², Velvel Hacohen¹ Aronov) was born before 1910, the first event for which there is a recorded date.

He married Rebecca Granet 1910. Rebecca was born as early as 1877 and as late as 1882 in Ukraine, Russia. Rebecca Granet was born as early as 1877 and as late as 1882. I calculated this range based upon the her ages on her children's birth certificates and information she told me. At her death in 1970, she would have been 93 at the oldest and 88 at the youngest. Additionally, she was born in the spring. She was as she told me, a "Purim Baby." She was born in the Ukraine in a small village near Odessa. They did not celebrate birthdays, they celebrated the naming day i.e. the day on which the baby was named in the synagogue. For my Grandmother, this was at Purim. Beth Aronoff Rosenthal

Rebecca died May 1970 at age 92. When Rebecca was age 35 and Solomon Aronow was age unknown they became the parents of Sara Aronow November 24, 1912 in Brooklyn, NY. When Rebecca was age 37 and Solomon Aronow was age unknown they became the parents of Molly Aronow December 20, 1914 in Brooklyn, NY. When Rebecca was age 39 and Solomon Aronow was age unknown they became the parents of Bettie Aronow August 1916 in Michigan. When Rebecca was age 44 and Solomon Aronow was age unknown they became the parents of Minnie Nancy Aronow June 29, 1922 in Michigan.

When Solomon was age unknown and Rebecca Granet was age 35 they became the parents of Sara Aronow November 24, 1912 in Brooklyn, NY. When Solomon was age unknown and Rebecca Granet was age 37 they became the parents of Molly Aronow December 20, 1914 in Brooklyn, NY. When Solomon was age unknown and Rebecca Granet was age 39 they became the parents of Bettie Aronow August 1916 in Michigan. When Solomon was age unknown and Rebecca Granet was age 44 they became the parents of Minnie Nancy Aronow June 29, 1922 in Michigan.

28 i. Sara⁴ Aronow was born in Brooklyn, NY November 24, 1912. Sara died January 1991 in W. Palm Beach, FL, at age 78. When Sara was age 24 and Joseph Dansky was age unknown they became the parents of Saul Dansky July 1937 in Brooklyn, NY. When Sara was age 29 and Joseph Dansky was age unknown they became the parents of Sheila Marilyn Dansky March 1, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY.

29 ii. Molly Aronow was born in Brooklyn, NY December 20, 1914. Molly died May 21, 1980 in Jackson, MI, at age 65. She married George Aronoff February 19, 1939 in Detroit, MI. George was born May 20, 1907 in Romain Poltava, Gubernia, Ukrane, Russia. George was the son of Aaron Aronoff and Rose Galinko. George died April 5, 1970 in Jackson, MI, at age 62. When George was age 33 and Molly Aronow was age 25 they became the parents of Allen Warren Aronoff May 27, 1940 in Highland Park, MI. When George was age 35 and Molly Aronow was age 27 they became the parents of Rhoda Beth Aronoff July 22, 1942 in Highland Park, MI. When George was age 40 and Molly Aronow was age 32 they became the parents of Melvin Andrew Aronoff June 20, 1947 in Highland Park, MI. (See George Aronoff for the continuation of this line.)

31 iv. Minnie Nancy Aronow was born in Michigan June 29, 1922. Minnie died May 23, 1972 at age 49. She married Albert Bernard Silver December 25, 1947. Albert was born July 5, 1917 in Brooklyn, NY. Albert was the son of Mike Silver and Hanna Feldman. Albert died September 4, 1978 in Southfield, MI, at age 61. He resided street unknown, in Detroit, MI 1919. When Albert was age 33 and Minnie Nancy Aronow was age 28 they became the parents of Marjorie Susan Silver October 3, 1950 in Detroit, MI.
