He married Pauline Ascher December 27, 1898 in Detroit, MI. Pauline was born February 8, 1873 in Detroit, MI. Pauline was the daughter of Simon A. Ascher and Bertha Lewyn. Pauline died February 11, 1945 in Detroit, MI, at age 72.

Michelson January 12, 1900 in Detroit, MI. When Pauline was age 30 and Lehman "Leo" (Michelsohn) Michelson was age 30 they became the parents of Lawrence J. Michelson April 15, 1903 in Detroit, MI. When Pauline was age 32 and Lehman "Leo" (Michelsohn) Michelson was age 33 they became the parents of Lena (Alyce) Michelson November 17, 1905 in Detroit, MI. When Pauline was age 36 and Lehman "Leo" (Michelsohn) Michelson was age 37 they became the parents of Lillian Rose Michelson September 9, 1909 in Detroit, MI.

Lehman immigrated to destination unknown ca 1895. When Lehman was age 27 and Pauline Ascher was age 26 they became the parents of Max L. Michelson January 12, 1900 in Detroit, MI. He petitioned the court to become a citizen 1902. When Lehman was age 30 and Pauline Ascher was age 30 they became the parents of Lawrence J. Michelson April 15, 1903 in Detroit, MI. When Lehman was age 33 and Pauline Ascher was age 32 they became the parents of Lena (Alyce) Michelson November 17, 1905 in Detroit, MI. When Lehman was age 37 and Pauline Ascher was age 36 they became the parents of Lillian Rose Michelson September 9, 1909 in Detroit, MI. Leo Michelson, born in Germany on May 22, 1872 arrived in New York in 1895. From there he went to Cincinnati to join family members. In 1898 he married Pauline Ascher, a native Detroiter. She died in 1945. Until Prohibition, Mr. Michelson was in the wholesale liquor business as a member of the firm I. Michelson & Brothers (of Cincinnati), representing them in Michigan. He then became an insurance business man, associated with Fred A. Ginsburg Co. President of Montefiore Lodge, and because of his devotion to this organization, they created the Michelson Service Fund. He was also a life member of Temple Beth El, Detroit Historical Society, and the Elks He had four children: Max, Lawrence, Lillian (Haber), and Alyce (Rosenblatt).

Lehman "Leo" (Michelsohn) Michelson and Pauline Ascher had the following children:

child + 19 ii. Lawrence J. Michelson was born April 15, 1903.

child 20 iii. Lena (Alyce) Michelson was born in Detroit, MI November 17, 1905. Lena died December 28, 2004 in Minneapolis, MN, at age 99.

child 21 iv. Lillian Rose Michelson was born in Detroit, MI September 9, 1909. Lillian died May 3, 2000 at age 90.

Her body was interred in Detroit, MI, Woodmere Cemetery. She married Horace Julius Haber April 29, 1934 in Detroit, MI. Horace was born November 6, 1907 in Nashville, TN. Horace was the son of Julius Haber and Frances Bissinger. Horace died January 14, 1971 in Detroit, MI, at age 63.

When Horace was age 36 and Lillian Rose Michelson was age 35 they became the parents of Michael Horace Haber October 11, 1944 in Clarksville, TN. When Lillian was age 27 and Horace Julius Haber was age 29 they became the parents of Jonathan Francis Haber March 4, 1937 in Detroit, MI. When Lillian was age 35 and Horace Julius Haber was age 36 they became the parents of Michael Horace Haber October 11, 1944 in Clarksville, TN.
