2. Joseph² Frankel (Yecheskal¹) was born in Austria November 1860. Joseph died August 21, 1927 at age 66.

He married Miriam Rosenzweig 1889 in Denver, CO. Miriam was born December 5, 1863 in Goteborg, Sweden. Miriam was the daughter of Levin (Leopold Rosenzweig) Yuri and Bertha Abelitzky. Miriam died January 25, 1953 in Cleveland, OH, at age 89. When Miriam was age 26 and Joseph Frankel was age 29 they became the parents of Frances "Frankie" Frankel April 27, 1890 in Cleveland, OH. When Miriam was age 29 and Joseph Frankel was age 32 they became the parents of Eugene R. Frankel June 22, 1893 in Cleveland, OH. When Miriam was age 36 and Joseph Frankel was age 39 they became the parents of Vincent "Vinnie" Frankel 1900.

When Joseph was age 29 and Miriam Rosenzweig was age 26 they became the parents of Frances "Frankie" Frankel April 27, 1890 in Cleveland, OH. When Joseph was age 32 and Miriam Rosenzweig was age 29 they became the parents of Eugene R. Frankel June 22, 1893 in Cleveland, OH. When Joseph was age 39 and Miriam Rosenzweig was age 36 they became the parents of Vincent "Vinnie" Frankel 1900.

Joseph Frankel and Miriam Rosenzweig had the following children:

3 i. Frances "Frankie"³ Frankel was born in Cleveland, OH April 27, 1890. Frances died March 2, 1955 in Cleveland, OH, at age 64. She married Philip Lowenstern date unknown. Philip was born September 7, 1892 in Urbana, IL. Philip died about 1967 in Cleveland, OH, at age unknown. When Philip was age 25 and Frances "Frankie" Frankel was age 27 they became the parents of Eileen Elizabeth "Betty" Lowenstern March 1, 1918 in Urbana, IL. When Philip was age 28 and Frances "Frankie" Frankel was age 31 they became the parents of Barbara Lowenstern August 11, 1921 in Urbana, IL. When Frances was age 27 and Philip Lowenstern was age 25 they became the parents of Eileen Elizabeth "Betty" Lowenstern March 1, 1918 in Urbana, IL. When Frances was age 31 and Philip Lowenstern was age 28 they became the parents of Barbara Lowenstern August 11, 1921 in Urbana, IL.

+ 4 ii. Eugene R. Frankel was born June 22, 1893.

5 iii. Vincent "Vinnie" Frankel was born 1900. Vincent died 1992 in Cleveland, OH, at age 92. He married Selina date unknown.
