2. Sid² Israels (Simon¹) was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada December 31, 1915. Sid died July 17, 1978 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, at age 62.

He married Rita Aronoff September 21, 1941 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Rita was born August 13, 1921 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Rita was the daughter of Morris Aronoff and Florence. Rita died May 10, 2003 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, at age 81. When Rita was age 21 and Sid Israels was age 27 they became the parents of Carla Israels February 28, 1943 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. When Rita was age 32 and Sid Israels was age 37 they became the parents of Sherri Israels September 26, 1953 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

When Sid was age 27 and Rita Aronoff was age 21 they became the parents of Carla Israels February 28, 1943 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. When Sid was age 37 and Rita Aronoff was age 32 they became the parents of Sherri Israels September 26, 1953 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Sid Israels and Rita Aronoff had the following children:
