He married twice. He married Hazel Elizabeth Weis June 19, 1937 in Port Clinton, OH. Hazel was born January 13, 1904 in Port Clinton, OH. Hazel was the daughter of Joseph Paul Weis and Magdalena Haesel. Hazel died May 22, 1969 in Port Clinton, OH, at age 65. Her body was interred May 26, 1969 in Port Clinton, OH. When Hazel was age 38 and Harry Arthur Court (Ascher) was age 34 they became the parents of Jacob Joseph Ascher March 14, 1942 in Port Clinton, OH. When Hazel was age 39 and Harry Arthur Court (Ascher) was age 35 they became the parents of David Paul Ascher January 29, 1943 in Port Clinton, OH. He married Beverly Verna Collins April 25, 1970 in Port Clinton, OH. Beverly was born March 3, 1935. Beverly died September 1, 2006 in Ohio, at age 71.

At age 29 he was christened May 28, 1937 in Port Clinton, OH. When Harry was age 34 and Hazel Elizabeth Weis was age 38 they became the parents of Jacob Joseph Ascher March 14, 1942 in Port Clinton, OH. When Harry was age 35 and Hazel Elizabeth Weis was age 39 they became the parents of David Paul Ascher January 29, 1943 in Port Clinton, OH. Natural father was Asa Court but Simon Ascher adopted him, though it was never a legal adoption. Janet Christiansen was his natural mother.

Harry Arthur Court (Ascher) and Hazel Elizabeth Weis had the following children:
